About Melanie
Melanie has 15 years of experience in global communications and corporate events, leading strategic and results-driven campaigns for top-tier technology companies.
After graduating with a Bachelors in Journalism and a Minor in Sociology, Melanie began her career as a Public Relations professional, collaborating with executives to create and implement dynamic communications campaigns and activities. As an account management lead, skilled in corporate, product and competitive communications, Melanie drove the planning and execution for international industry conferences and events.
Melanie is a strategic thinker and detail-oriented collaborator, bringing thoughtful and creative results to her team and clients. Melanie’s passion for innovation and developing strong relationships follows her to every new project, be it personally or professionally.

About Hannah
Hannah is a Project Manager at GHC with over 20 years of professional experience across the education, nonprofit, community development, and business sectors. Her diverse background has shaped a collaborative, people-centered approach to project management. Hannah has led afterschool and youth mentoring programs as well as an international team of service professionals in the e-commerce industry. She brings humility and cross-cultural awareness to her work, with a strong focus on building relationships. An experienced trainer and facilitator, she is passionate about creating meaningful change through partnership and collaboration.
Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from St. Mary’s College of California and is a certified Yoga Instructor. She is committed to giving back, having volunteered in the Peace Corps, her children’s schools, and with a local chapter of FiA (Females in Action). Growing up in Northern California inspired Hannah’s love of nature. In her down time, she enjoys crafting, paddle boarding, cooking, and getting lost in a good historical novel.
About Tracy
Tracy brings a heart of service and a strong background in nonprofit leadership to her role as Administrative Assistant at Gadda Hendrix Consulting. With a degree in social work and over seven years of hands-on experience, she has cultivated a robust skill set in organization, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. Tracy has worked in nonprofit environments, where she played key roles in coordinating programs, supporting teams, and fostering meaningful connections with clients and partners. Her ability to navigate tasks with efficiency and creativity makes her a steady and reliable partner for the GHC team.
In addition to her leadership experience, Tracy spends her free time working and volunteering in classrooms. Her time supporting teachers and leading art lessons for students speaks to her creativity, adaptability, and commitment to creating enriching experiences for others. Her natural ability to keep operations running smoothly, combined with her passion for service and social impact, makes her a valuable asset to the Gadda Hendrix Consulting team.

About Mattew
Matthew Diep is a Project Consultant at Gadda Hendrix Consulting, LLC, where he focuses on strengthening behavioral health systems, advancing health equity, and building strategic and operational infrastructure for mission-driven organizations. Before joining GHC, he served as Director of Programs at Mental Health America of California, where he led statewide initiatives including LIVE, CAYEN, and CAPS Academy. He managed cross-functional teams, oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets, and aligned programs with public policy and funding priorities to drive measurable community impact.
Matthew earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Los Angeles. Drawing from his research lab background, he applies behavioral science and data-informed strategy to grassroots capacity building in violence prevention and behavioral health spaces. This foundation contributed to him securing over $6 million in public funding and scaling sustainable community-based initiatives across California.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys traveling, storytelling through multimedia, and spending time outdoors. He is passionate about youth empowerment and equitable systems change and looks forward to supporting innovative, community-centered solutions as part of the GHC team.
About Shawn
For over 20 years, Shawn has been developing, motivating and impacting both people and the systems that surround them. Shawn began his journey as a professional athlete and then transitioned into a highly successful and decorated coaching career across junior, collegiate, and professional levels. Shawn now brings that same determination, competitive drive and results-oriented thinking to his clients across all fields.
Shawn holds masters degrees in both Counseling Psychology and Literature, as well undergraduate degrees in Child/Adolescent Psychology and English. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Shawn has worked in many mental health programs across a variety of clinical settings. He’s spent time serving underprivileged communities and working as a leader with multiple nonprofit organizations, while also building his own flourishing psychotherapy private practice. His diverse professional experience challenging people to transform and maximize their potential uniquely positions him to offer real, measurable change to clients who are motivated to add new fundamentals to their existing skill sets.
Shawn continues to be a passionate, driven advocate for his coaching and consulting clients. His innovative approach is informed by aspects of Change Theory, mIndful permission, relationship and emotional efficiency, as well as other traditional Coaching models. His main goal is to identify and remove all roadblocks to better professional outcomes by engaging you with practical, measurable solutions. He is a staunch believer that both you and your system can evolve to better serve your professional mission and that when you do people well – results will follow.

About Annmarie
Annmarie Huppert brings over 25 years of leadership experience across criminal justice, legislation, technical writing, and organizational development to the Gadda Hendrix Consulting team. She is the founder of the Life Navigation and Momtra™ Self-Retrieval & Leadership programs—transformative retreats empowering women visionaries and entrepreneurs to build sustainable, purpose-driven organizations. As co-founder of NPO Impact! and the NPO Founders Forum, Annmarie creates safe, growth-oriented spaces for nonprofit leaders to share experiences and reimagine the future of social impact work.
Author of PTSD Self Help: Transforming Survival into a Life Worth Living, Annmarie draws from two decades of study and personal healing to offer a deeply grounded, trauma-informed perspective. As a recovered survivor and motivational educator, she continues to collaborate with health professionals, policymakers, and community leaders to advance PTSD prevention and holistic wellness.
Annmarie is a proud member of Rotary International, serves on the executive board of Hope Through Horses, and mentors high school students pursuing careers in mental health and advocacy.
